Pros

It's been a pretty solid experience so far. The team is easy to work with, and people help each other when tickets get complicated. The training leaves you with good product knowledge, so you’re not just guessing when solving issues. Managers respond quickly when you reach out to them with a question or a concern. The pay and benefits are quite good, and the remote setup makes work-life balance easier.

Cons

The company should offer more PTO.

Pros

The projects involve large-scale software systems, so the work is technically demanding but also full of learning opportunities. Team members collaborate and share advice in difficult development situations. Managers communicate expectations clearly during spring planning.

Cons

Some projects have excessively long development periods.

Pros

Don't believe any of the lies management tells you! Wayvia might seem like a great company to work for, but the company is a lot more dysfunctional than it seems. You'll just end up being used, abused, and exploited. Unless that sounds like a good time to you, staying away would be in your best interests...

Cons

Employees are given high expectations to meet, but aren't given any training or support! I was assigned complex tasks as soon as I started working. Whenever I asked for help, I was ignored, and whenever I messed up, I was yelled at for being stupid and incompetent! My work-life balance was a mess during my time working here. I was often pushed to work long hours, meet unrealistic targets, and keep up with tight deadlines. My salary wasn't any better; it didn't reflect how heavy my workload was at all, and I didn't receive any benefits as well.
