Pros
Much of the staff become 'family'. Decent work/ life balance for the restaurant industry.
Cons
The long term employees and management is resistant to anything new or any change. Same mentality and procedures for past 30 years. No paid Holidays off, even when the Inn is closed for the day. Instead, we are automatically made to take a 'sick day'. There are only 5 days combined of sick/personal/holiday/snow per year. No Growth opportunities.
