hard to list because honestly its bad

-work officially end at 6pm but you cannot go home until your supervisor/manager say okay.(literally will stop you and hold you back) -no work life balance at all. 24/7 round the clock work. i know its maritime but you won't ever have time for anyone unless you angkat bola abit with the higher ups then maybe they close eyes when you don't work. -playing favourites. literally. need i explain this? -loves to have long meetings and then will always say "if you don't like leave (not really leave can't put the term there) but door is right there" but constantly questioning why turnover rates are so high - you'll never have privacy. higher ups will literally ask to read your private conversations
