      I like subbing it’s a great job! I get to sub anytime I am free.

      The only down side is you have to be fast to accept the job because they are taken by others real fast .

      The business side of the company seems to have the correct culture

      Cons

      on the field service side there is the feel of the good ol boys club. The business side does seem to notice the issues that are happening on the field service side.
