The downside of Wayne memorial is that the pay really sucks, Wayne memorial is the lowest paying hospital in PA. also no one seems to listen to any ideas that the employees have about bettering patient satisfaction, or making the work place better for the employees. The happy classes the keep having really are useless , the should take the money they are paying for those and give the employees a well deserved and long awaited raise. Or at least update the pay to that of other hospitals.
