Wayne has about 80 employees and the company culture is very laid back and upper management is very approachable. Several perks to being an adjuster with the company such as company car, clothing allowance.

During large storm events it can get very busy.

Small company. You can get to know your coworkers and form friendships

Too much family working together in one company. A lot of nepotism. Upper management not open to new and evolving ideas. If they don’t agree with your idea or process, it is the wrong way. No wiggle room or compromise No positive reinforcement from leadership.
