Great hours and flexible times

Sometimes days are slow and weather permitting

The pay was adequate, the facilities were relatively new.

Management, the principals and counselors did not back up the teachers. The students were allowed run the school Discipline was deplorable. Office politics and the "good ole boy" system ruled the day. Teachers were harrassed, and only favorites and locals were given any help or opportunity for advancement.
