Not Entirely Pleasant - Vehicle Operator Waymo Employee Review

Adecco/Waymo was a stressful and tense work environment. Myself as well as my colleagues were treated like second class citizens in the work place and poorly informed of processes and how things would work internally. It was entirely a smoke & mirrors showing with Adecco poorly communicating with Waymo on the needs of its employees. Many policies that were freshly implemented were done so haphazardly and in a hasty manner. Witnessed fellow coworkers being treated poorly be Adecco management. There is little retention of employees, disposing of them casually. This was a seriously negative experience with only a few reasons to enjoy what I was doing.
