      Pros

      Great innovative space and extremely great people to work alongside

      Cons

      They do not treat contractors well. Multiple contractors have been at the the company for 2-3 years, with no visibility to conversation of full time employment. They hire externally for promotions and desired positions. Even among full time employees I seldomly saw promotions or career progression.

      This place is technical strong, and AV is on a good track than few years ago.

      Some politics among the org. Top talent is attracted by LLM, and company have to pay higher salary to attract more people come in
