Pros
Brilliant people across the business with commitment to getting the job done - and getting it done right. Laser focus on product that benefits customers as well as the potential market. Inspirational leadership and a true meritocracy. Great product, and opportunity for growth a big plus too.
Cons
If anything, in an over-eagerness to announce new features as they are developed the strategy for launch is sometimes a little muddled.
