Competitive salary, though I'm sure that's changed over the past few months

Cons

Very little direction and lack of focus on where the company was headed. Far too many changes with management in the time I was there.

Pros

When I walked in, I saw one of the founders wearing a fish themed belt, so I knew I was with a bunch of winners and I was...wrong.

Cons

They bought a pingpong table when I was there, but you weren't allowed to use it.
