Pros

Decent rate Jobs are easy to learn Company does little celebrations and top management hold events to make the employees feel appreciated. If you can manage to get hired on, decent time off.

Cons

Terrible healthcare. Good healthcare shows that a company cares about its employees well-being. Giant monthly payments for very little and limited coverage is not employee or family friendly. Mixed reviews on the culture. I had the unfortunate experience of ending up in the “probes” department where the assembly is done. Very clicky, very hot and cold culture. You never knew what mood the boss would be in. Some bullying. This department is mostly women, so the few men who worked there you would hope would know how to be respectful and professional in a work environment. This was not the case. Very little appreciation for contract employees. A lot of pettiness and shaming from management for mistakes made (mostly small) during your three daily meetings about progress.

Pros

Some genuinely kind and hardworking team members. A few supervisors, like Lorie and Joe, treat employees with respect and care. The nature of the work itself can be interesting and rewarding when allowed to flourish

Cons

Senior management suffers from poor leadership, lack of communication, and inconsistent follow-through. Promises of change or improvements often go unfulfilled for weeks or even months. A culture of micromanagement, intimidation, and gossip is fostered at the upper levels. Certain managers create a hostile work environment by undermining their own team members and prioritizing image over genuine problem-solving. Employee morale is low due to persistent dysfunction and stress caused by toxic leadership behavior. Some departments are managed in ways that prioritize control and drama over productivity and well-being. This results in high stress and unnecessary workplace conflict. Vendor and supplier quality is subpar, and there's a lack of accountability in maintaining standards. The craftsmanship of the final products often does not reflect the care or attention to detail that should be present in a company producing high-precision tools.
