      Awesome product, fun fast-moving culture. The team is comprised top performers across the board, which you don't find in a lot of work places.

      Cons

      Start ups aren't for everyone. If you're just looking for a paycheck or don't function well with ambiguity, this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      Working with an incredible group of people, who are all passionate about their roles, the company culture is positive and uplifting. Flexibility, remote work-with amazing benefits. You truly feel valued as being part of a team-not just another cog in the wheel.

      Cons

      If you can't handle your workload working on a remote team-this company isn't for you.

      -Flexibility/Unlimited PTO -Pay well compared to market/competitors -Much needed product. Schools generally enjoy curriculum.

      Cons

      -True startup issues -Leadership development is lacking -Lots of leveling up and no true room to grow. -Favoritism and nepotism is a real thing.
