Unorganized and Poorly Managed - Driver/Field Representative WayPoint Detailed Delivery Employee Review

Be prepared for VERY heavy lifting. Coolers and boxes are 50 to 100 or more pounds and you lift them alone. Usually 10 or more coolers per run. Schedules for the next week come out on Sunday evening so you have zero idea what you're doing for the week. Remote supervisor in my area was mostly unavailable for questions or problems. Employees dress very inappropriately for the job. Representing a company wearing cut offs and crop shirts doesn't speak well for them. Hard to reach dispatch when you need them. Vehicles get used for personal use and aren't available when needed for jobs. Management is aware and doesn't care.
