Pros

Not enough to mention here, unless you're a snake. If you are a person who loves internal political bickering and making yourself look good by making others look bad, this is your place. The owner not only seems to tolerate it, he seems to encourage it. Or at the least, is so out of touch that he's clueless as he is with much of his business. As long as we're selling those maint. base contracts, all is well, right?

Cons

Business plan stuck in a 1908's Amway-esque feel. Managers have no skill other than self preservation. you're told every day how amazing of a company it is, but cant execute their way out of a wet paper bag. Sub out most of their work. Over bloated with office personnel and self fulfilling internal rules and regulations. meeting about meetings about nothing. No one is clear on rules and you're reprimanded for not following what was never explained in the first place. Horrible customer feedback. The place is a mess that will gone in a few years.
