Horrible Management. GM non existent to second and third shift. Consistently out of supplies and ingredients. Not enough employees scheduled for workload expected or way too many employees scheduled for workload. Changing your schedule is difficult. Schedule for next week only comes out 4 days before. Inconsistent training on procedures if any at all from multiple managers. Only some employees are held accountable for rule breaking. Third shift consistently late either to clock in or get to positions after clocking in. The only people in authority that seem like they care are not in a position high enough to change anything. Pigeonholes employees into one positions consistently regardless of ability or cross training in other positions or whether it was position you were hired for. Consistently pushing an app for scheduling that management does not even pay attention too when changes and requests come in. Will schedule you for shifts in hours OUTSIDE of your availability then tell you its "wawa policy" for you to find coverage and will enforce that unless you push back. Management that does not work second or third shift makes the daily assignments for these shifts.
