      Pros

      Excellent benefits packages available. Overtime hours guaranteed for management. Eager to train and develop for store operations advancement.

      Cons

      Long hours. No guarantee for set hours and when you will actually leave for the day. Have to work holidays and weekends. Management only gets holiday pay for Christmas Day. Not as eager to promote to corporate positions as they say they are.

      Pros

      As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

      Cons

      Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
