Pros
There is good pay and benefits.
Cons
This company has a poor training process (which doesn't include more about safety and ergonomics) and organizational justice, do not do anything for employee protection (harassment, even minors, and with robberies), allow a hostile work environment which also includes discrimination, favoritism, no good work/life balance, very hard on you for a mistake you did once while someone else can do that same thing and not care, recognition only for covering shifts. The pros I would say are why people stay and they know that. This company is very draining and stressful, especially in management. I've been at 3 stores and it was the same just different people, really. (This sounds harsh but learning HR as a major I have come to see behind the curtains)
