      Pros

      Enjoyable work experience. Everyone really gets into the team spirit to make sure that the job is done. They always say after working in a food place you could never eat there again, NOT TRUE with wawa. I still go there and love it.

      Cons

      The work can get tedious, and sometimes the time will move slowly. The closer you get with your co-workers the better.

      Pros

      As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

      Cons

      Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
