      Pros

      I have a job in this economy.

      Cons

      Lack of hours Management that does not care about Non "M" level people Favortism Management that is wanting to purge full time people Manage that is writing up every non "m" level people with a "final" writeup in their file. People that are begging to be in the MIT program and are being neglected. Unable to have day off for religious services. Not permitted to transfer when requested.

      Pros

      As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

      Cons

      Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
