Pros

almost always get enough hours, better pay than most places, opportunity to grow in company, usually will let you choose between morning/evening/overnight shift

Cons

miserable place to work at. the pay is high but not high enough for the bs that the job puts you through. management does not care about your personal life at all, you get screamed at for calling out even once. will work you til midnight one day and have you come back at 7 am the next. literally just a miserable place to be especially with how busy it gets and management VERY rarely is helpful

Pros

As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

Cons

Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
