Cons

Gotta pay for your food during shifts Fast paced Leave smelling like coffee and deli meats and pickles Managers will give you 38 or 39 hours instead of the full 40 so you don't get benefits

Pros

As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

Cons

Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
