Pros

Great environment that encourages lifting people up and being part of a team.

Cons

It really depends on your GM and your store location. My location is a “training store” so we cycle through GMs like crazy. Just this past year we had 3-4 different GMs.

Pros

As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

Cons

Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
