-no proper office in Karachi. Only 3 toilets for 100+ employees. Office is also very unhygienic with no place to have lunch -no investment on employee learning and development -no work-life balance. Developers are treated as slaves -no proper hr system. hr team is not qualified to take care of employees. they cut salary on getting 30mins late and no benefits for late sittings. -there is no appraisal system at Wavetec.bonus and increments are always delayed and are not transparent -poor budgets -no woman at a leadership position
