Pros
You get a lot to learn as they are highly understaffed so you work multiple domains. Good for fresh graduates with their first jobs, they get out of the comfort zone and learn to work 24/7
Cons
Employees are exploited with regards to their work, salary, company environment and what not. I do not approve of their CEO, I do understand that he must be a successfull person because he's running a company, but he does not seem professional at all to his employees and colleagues. And this is not just my opinion, but for most of the employees I know at Wavetec
