      Great, friendly colleagues Nice new office near Liverpool street Good benefits Hybrid working is accepted and there is no minimum requirement to be at the office (yet)

      Projects are often not resourced appropriately leading to stressful delivery for those doing the work Not enough gender diversity at senior level Not enough transparency with regards to project pipeline
