Pros
Overall, the benefits were decent and most of the team were good to work with. I found most of the junior folks were quite high caliber performers. Work/life balance was generally good.
Cons
Putting aside leaders who joined through an acquisition, path to partner during my tenure was non-existent for local (US) hires, and there was no gender diversity at leadership levels. Hopefully that has changed. The firm is probably better suited for those interested in general/industry agnostic IT & cyber consulting. The US office lost a lot of the legacy Financial Services / Cap Markets expertise
