      Supportive management, people who are willing to help in case of any questions, comfortable office, interesting projects, stability. I've been working in this company about 3 years and didn't have any issues.

      1) This is the first company in my 17 years career that truly embraces responsible freedom concept and first who actually implemented this concept in Ukraine. 2) Creative environment 3) A great team of talented engineers who love what they are doing 4) Flat structure - company management is totally open to any suggestions or improvements, minimum bureaucracy. 5) Opportunities for working remotely

      Career path is not clearly defined for employees. (Not formal) Engineers have to perform and become "visible" to get a promotion.
