      Pros

      A leader in the industry. Some of the best fiber splicers and lineman around. Mostly steady work and steady pay.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Management does not care about employees, it's all about the bottom line with total disregard for people, they lie and break promises.

      Pros

      Management is effective and approachable, coworkers are talented and work hard, excellent environment and company atmosphere

      Cons

      Pay was too low and not right for my experience level. At times, workload was too light and I felt stuck but my surrounding team coworkers were each so busy they couldn't train me to even take over anything to help them. Training was a bit "throw you into the fire" style but works out for most.
