      Pros

      Like any small company, everyone really counts. If you're not your job, everyone knows it. I like the fact that the company has such a great group of hard-working people who are knowledgeable and committed to delivering such a great product to our customers. We take pride in that and we really are the best at what we do!

      Cons

      The open office environment can be distracting at times when you really need to focus. But on the positive side, you know if someone is in the office!

      Pros

      Management is effective and approachable, coworkers are talented and work hard, excellent environment and company atmosphere

      Cons

      Pay was too low and not right for my experience level. At times, workload was too light and I felt stuck but my surrounding team coworkers were each so busy they couldn't train me to even take over anything to help them. Training was a bit "throw you into the fire" style but works out for most.

      No management. You work by yourself and are expected to know everything.
