Pros

This is a good company for people who know what they want to do and are focused on achieving clear results. Proactive, result-oriented people are valued and can progress here. Though it may not be the right environment for those who need constant direction or are unsure about the outcomes they are responsible for delivering. What I have understood here is that if you accept that the company is ready to reward you based on the real value you bring, and if you are ready to develop and grow together with the business, then this can be an excellent place to explore new projects, modern automation solutions and business flexibility allowing you to work with different types of projects. Overall, it has the feel of a typical small Irish business: practical, flexible, fast-paced, and dependent on people who can take initiative.

Cons

Would be good to have health insurance in future.

Pros

Supportive colleagues from different countries created a welcoming and collaborative working environment. The team was approachable and willing to help when questions arose. The company provided guidance and training to help new starters get up to speed, although some instructions evolved as the project progressed. I gained valuable experience in document quality, consistency and compliance while working with a professional team. Although the work could be demanding at times, the overall atmosphere was positive and encouraging. The salary and benefits were competitive for an entry-level role in Ireland and provided a good starting point for building industry experience.

Cons

The work can be fast-paced, and project requirements or document standards may change as projects develop. Clearer and more consistent documentation of updates would make it even easier for new team members to adapt.
