There's a healthy company culture of supporting one another and working as one unified crew to unblock our collective best. It's nice to practice what you preach when coaching these values in other organizations!
Cons
The company is growing swiftly - it's necessary to have a growth mindset, a strong sense of independence, and be flexible to change to really thrive here.
- by far the most dynamic and engaging team I've been on in my 3+ years in the business
- Open communication culture and short feedback cycles, in part driven by the nature of the business
- Your voice is being heard by management and "fail forward" culture is really well established
- Pace over perfection is really lived here
Cons
- Because it's a fast moving team in a fast moving industry you're sometimes left wondering how to approach a problem, but on the other hand you get to figure it out by yourself and go forward with your approach
- Many different responsibilities which can be a little overwhelming at times
