Pros
Warm, friendly environment with plenty of growth from within. Additionally, they take a keen interest in developing employees and the brand. Upper management is committed to the success of the organization.
Cons
More consideration should be given to long term growth and sustainability of the brand. There is a lot of culture here which is a good thing but sometimes has negative implications. From time to time you hear, 'that's the way we've done it,' which comes across as don't expect change.
