Some lovely people there but they’re too comfortable there now..

The partners hire people for a reason. Instead we were called upon to do other things which I appreciate comes with the job but if you require a PA you should hire one. If they didn’t like you they definitely made you know it too. The pay was shocking. There’s NO progression - unless you’re in their good books. If you work in sales you don’t get commission. Very VERY old fashioned.

Great people with good experience and willingness to help and collaborate with you

Very hard to make two partners understand what are you trying to deliver in order to help the company to develop and progress further. Very old fashion, everything very manual and time-consuming with such a little company revenue turnover the environment is too political hence why its high in employees turnover. Very stressful
