      They are fair with the employees and invest in them.

      Cons

      They will hold people responsible for things they give them no authority to control. Particularly labor is controlled by supervisors but PMs are responsible for labor costs with no authority to control it.

      Pros

      Overall staff culture is AMAZING. Everyone is friendly, super supportive, and make the 40 hour workweek fly by.

      Cons

      Some promises seem to be forgotten about. Expectations can be unclear.
