Typical start-up 'feel', everyone has a 'say' in the direction of the company, quite a bit of direct guidance and coaching, engaged employees, awesome owners, office in Cherry Creek area, sometimes we all get taken out to lunch or brought coffee, direct interaction with clients, HH on Fridays, very clean and nice working environment, fair management, philanthropic, tech savvy, efficient processes
Cons
It's not for everyone, you must be ok with working very, very diligently. In fact, if you don't enjoy your work, and don't take pride in your work, you'll be miserable here because they require quite a bit from you. But the good news is if you do a great job at Watson as a Paralegal you will have experience working for many different areas of law and are very marketable to other oppourtunities. But usually if people are good enough to work here, they rarely leave. Watson services require the upmost professionalism and pride in the product you put out, so if you drop the ball on this, you'll be held accountable and expected not to make the same mistake again, must be able to stay focused for long periods of time amongst distractions
