The people are very smart, kind, and talented. A great team is in place and poised for a great future... Watson Creative, being only 4 years old, is way ahead of the curve for a boutique agency that is business focused, not just making good-looking deliverables, but solutions that strategically fit their client's business plans, as well as Watson's. It is a small agency - everyone pulls their weight and more - work is hard, constant, and rewarding! Watson does not overwork their employees and try to stay 9-5. rarely weekends.
Cons
Watson Creative is not a big shop that has been around for a long time. Don't expect everyday to be the same. It is not plug-and-play. Be open to "Other duties as assigned". The foundation is laid for success, but there needs to be patience, hustle, and problem solving mindset with new hires.
