      Pros

      A few extremely talented artists and developers keep this company afloat. They are by no means fun to work with, but you do learn a few things as they berate you/your work. Produce excellent caliber, award-winning pieces that are great to add to a portfolio. Good views of LA.

      Cons

      Poor management, favoritism, and turning a blind eye toward inappropriate work behavior result in quick burnouts and high turnover. Pay is meager (read: sucks). Long hours.
