Mission Driven Company with a very collaborative culture - Anonymous employee Watsi Employee Review

I was full-time at watsi for a year and a half. The team was incredible, the atmosphere was supportive and collaborative. The small team means people often get a chance to explore different areas of the org outside their role. Overall an incredible organization with an exciting mission and awesome people.

No cons - awesome org and team

Nice people work here and salaries are good. And obviously the mission of the organization and support from YC is great.

A lot of cool ideas about management but not a lot of good execution here. Not a lot of good opportunities to learn outside of your role. Very common for employees to work through the night based on management's example.
