      This is a decent company for entering into the HVACR wholesale side of the business.

      Cons

      You will constantly be looking for the things you need to sell in season; and not being able to find then until the season has passed.

      The customers were great to deal with.

      Cons

      Worked up to the number 2 spot in the department, given a promotion in March 2025. 33 years experience, the most educated in the department. Was terminated for knowing the job better then the new credit director
