The manufacturer manager is incompetent and does not know how to do his job efficiently nor how to lead employees. He’s a terrible leader who makes the work environment bad for all. The people he hires on as leaders are lazy, incompetent, and contribute nothing but the bare minimum of even that. They treat operators like their feelings do no matter. The Director is also pushy and has pretty bad intentions in my opinion.
