If you have an issue hr will not help unless you are in there "click" on the base level there is promises of raises but no follow through after 6 months. The most unprofessional and dishonest management is seen as the "best of the best" the individuals that keep the company afloat get passed over when issues are had. Greatness is only recognized when notice is posted to move on to other careers. Corruption is promoted due to high levels of management cheating the substance testing policies. Facilities say they promote from within when in reality they are specifically targeting outside employment for higher levels of management
