This is a great company to work for because they treat their employees well. Partners and wives work for the company. Everyone is very helpful and willing to work with you. I may have a bias because I have never liked giant corp. I have noticed a lot of turnover but that is likely because of the compensation. Cannot expect high pay right when you walk in the door. They have decent compensation, about average for a small company. I have to mention they are extremely understanding about having children and emergencies that come up.
Cons
There really is no cons. one could say compensation, but I believe you start out at the lowest and work your way up and when you get rewarded with higher pay it makes you feel good and valued.
