Pros
I have worked at this firm for several years. Management is fair and reasonable and I appreciate that they are always trying new things. I also acknowledge that they spend a lot of money on technology in hopes of improving efficiency. This is a collaborative environment and management is willing to work around schedules and family obligations.
Cons
Health Insurance coverage is decent but not as good as my spouse’s so I opted to stay on his plan. I do still receive a health insurance stipend that gets added to my paycheck.
