Pros
Managing and working on Canals. Use it as a spring board to something better, but keep it short as the working environment in the Dublin office in Ashtown is horrendous
Cons
Negative working environment, poor management backup along with Technicians that do not have a clue about Health And Safety. Huge turnover of engineers in the Dublin office in Ashtown. There is a close knit 'click' within the office that are not open to outsiders coming in telling them what they should be doing. Very little career progression.
