Good opportunity to learn and to grow fast. Good benefit on company trip (oversea trip). Working environment informal and relax. More experience gained due to multitask or do more than just one job.
Cons
Job scope overlapping, workload too heavy. No performance review, increment and bonus same for all employees. Bad culture where employee are not fair treated. No given support and training. Bad management on handle employee.
