      - Product is best in the market - Company is well funded and well advised - Very talented, ambitious, and kind people

      Cons

      - Inexperienced middle management has been a problem for a long time, and it's knee-capping the culture - Frequent, sometimes surprising terminations - Many cultural artifacts about the importance of work-life balance, but most teams do not honor the concept. While I was there, multiple people across different teams had to take emergency time off to deal with mental health issues arising from burn-out

      Strongest team I've ever worked with. Clear line from mission to strategy to execution, and it's a privilege to do the work at the market leader.

      Cons

      The pace is real. Things move fast and priorities can shift, so you have to be comfortable navigating ambiguity and re-orienting quickly.
