      Product is informed by experts and well designed.

      Cons

      Its an amazing space to be in, but there are competitors with much better balance and a more mature approach to building a company. I’d leave if the tech climate wasn’t so tough right now. Immature leadership, totally chaotic and unrealistic expectations, clubhouse culture.

      Strongest team I've ever worked with. Clear line from mission to strategy to execution, and it's a privilege to do the work at the market leader.

      Cons

      The pace is real. Things move fast and priorities can shift, so you have to be comfortable navigating ambiguity and re-orienting quickly.
