      Interesting, cutting edge technology. Staff are motivated and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Senior management seem to be more interested in the share price than the staff e.g. latest pay increases deferred for 6 months, presumably in an effort to disguise the true cost of wages.

      Pros

      good team culture, ability to grow and focus on my professional goals, so far good life balance! I came with the BD transition and have been happy so far. It might be my team, as I feel incredibly supported.

      Cons

      Seems like not much transparency in things and clouds over our heads a lot of the time. A lot of anxiety about the future of the company and its employees
