      Pros

      Employee culture is good, but dependent on your group. Enjoyable projects, good opportunities to network. 6% employer match for 401k

      Cons

      Benefits are not stellar but good enough. Salary increases dont keep up with inflation. After the last few layoffs and reorgs, everyone is stretched very thin. Top heavy company when it comes to years of experience. Internal knowledge is at risk to plummet once long term people start retiring, pushed out etc. No real draw to keep new talent

      convenient is the only thing right now

      Constant changes for the bad. The people in charge are dishonest and sometimes down right criminal. The level of qualified help is going downhill. The only way to succeed in this company is to be middle eastern or a power hungry narcissist The HR department sucks time to rebuild
